For infantry I like a mix of legionnaires and sturgian heavy spearmen. For archers it's a toss up between Fian champions (Battania) or Vlandian sharpshooter. Cavalry I would say Elite Cataphract (Empire). But Vlandias elite cavalry (forgot the name) is very close. Khuzait Khan's guard is the best option for horse archers hands down.
