Released by 3DO, in a 4 CD-ROM disc set. Heroes of Might and Magic III+IV Complete (2002), includes Heroes III Complete and Heroes IV Complete. Released by Ubisoft It's HoMM 3 Complete but on Uplay. Not the HD version. GOG complete edition. If you want the good version, take it from GOG. If you want the cheap version, pirate it.
