Unusable Credit Card. I am trying to make reservations at the Hotel Josef using a Citibank Visa credit card that I have used around Europe (and at home) for several years. The reservations clerk at the hotel and I have been exchanging emails. It seems their bank (not Citibank) refuses to accept the card, which generates two questions.

Some restaurants in Prague will request you accompany the waiter/waitress as they process your card in a restaurant, most don't. So the answer is to pay in cash. Here are the steps: Head to the HDFC website. Click on Login to sign into Net Banking. Click on the Card tab at the top of the page. Select Debit Cards. Click on Request and select “Set International/Domestic Usage”. Click on “Card to be enabled for International and Domestic Use”.
